FuturePrint Forum 2025 brings inspiring stories and success cases that are transforming visual communication in Brazil

Entrepreneurs and experts present lectures on innovation, management, and strategic positioning in the sign and printing sectors during the trade show, taking place from July 16 to 19 at Distrito Anhembi

The FuturePrint Forum 2025 will be a stage for inspiring stories, hands-on experiences, and successful journeys that reflect the strength of entrepreneurship in the printing and visual communication industries. This special program is part of the 35th-anniversary edition of FuturePrint, which takes place from July 16 to 19 at Distrito Anhembi in São Paulo, and reinforces the event’s role as a platform for knowledge, training, and connection for professionals from all over Latin America.

At the opening of the Forum, entrepreneur and management expert Judah Adonai, founder of AFACOM – Faculty of Visual Communication, will share his experience in the talk “How to Organize Your Visual Communication Business and Reduce Production Costs.” With thousands of students in Brazil and abroad, Judah developed an operational model that helps print shop owners escape the overwhelm of daily routines, increase management efficiency, and promote better quality of life for entrepreneurs.

Another highlight will be Luana Dias, creator of the Donos de Gráfica method, who will lead a session on strategies for growth, value creation, and market repositioning, based on her personal experience as the owner of a quick print shop. With over 12 years in the industry, Luana has helped numerous business owners boost their results and achieve stability and freedom in their professional routines.

On the same day, influencer and educator Marksuel Carlos, founder of the YouTube channel CV Dicas Brasil, will close the day with an inspiring presentation. With over 10 years in the sector and recognized as a leading voice in content for quick print shops and visual communication, Marksuel will share his entrepreneurial journey, the challenges he has overcome, and how he organically built a massive digital community for the industry in Brazil.

To discuss the use of technology in signage production, Leonel Caminha, from Tecno Comunicação Visual, and Matheus Pivatti, from the Letra Caixa do Zero project, will present the talk “3D Printing in Visual Communication.” They will showcase how this technology is being applied practically, creatively, and at scale, both for product customization and for manufacturing signs and technical parts. Both entrepreneurs bring decades of experience and stand out for their training initiatives, sharing technical knowledge and market insights with professionals across Brazil.

Laisla Lopes, from aSuper Arts, will also be featured, presenting the session “How to Sell to Women: Visual, Emotional, and Digital Strategies that Convert.” With a background that combines blogging and strategic work at her family’s visual communication company, Laisla has become a reference in digital positioning, sensitive marketing, and purpose-driven sales, especially geared toward female audiences. Her talk promises to unite emotion, technique, and tangible results for entrepreneurs seeking to stand out online.

Over the course of four days, the FuturePrint Forum 2025 will offer a deep dive into management, marketing, innovation, production processes, and entrepreneurship, delivering practical, high-quality content for professionals who want to stay updated, improve their skills, and connect with top industry leaders. Access to the talks is free for registered visitors, subject to room capacity. The full program can be found on the event’s official website: www.feirafutureprint.com.br
