FuturePrint 2025 celebrates 35 years with a historic edition at the Anhembi District, in São Paulo.

The main event in Latin America for the visual communication, screen printing, and digital printing markets introduces a new LED pavilion, hosts a screen printing championship, and strengthens its social impact with the Estampa (Re) Estampa project

FuturePrint 2025 celebrates 35 years as the leading meeting point for the printing, visual communication, screen printing, sublimation, and digital printing industries in Latin America. The commemorative edition will take place from July 16 to 19, 2025, at the Anhembi District in São Paulo. Admission is free, and registration is available on the event website, with exclusive access for professionals and entrepreneurs connected to the digital printing and visual communication sectors.

For this edition, over 600 exhibiting brands are expected, with an estimated 40,000 visitors from all regions of Brazil and Latin America. The fair consolidates itself as a strategic environment for business generation, technology launches, knowledge dissemination, and strengthening connections between professionals and companies in the sector.

Celebrating 35 years, FuturePrint promises to deliver a special program with unique experiences, one of the highlights being a dedicated LED area, presenting different solutions and high-performance digital display technologies. The space will showcase innovations in electronic billboards, indoor and outdoor LED panels, programmable tapes, flexible screens, visual effects, and intelligent lighting and visual communication systems. Leading companies in the sector will demonstrate, in practice, how LED solutions are redefining brand experiences, architectural environments, promotional actions, and events.

Another major novelty will be the “Rodo de Ouro” screen printing championship, which will bring together the best professionals and new talents in Brazilian screen printing in a live competition open to the public. Participants will be judged on techniques, creativity, finish, and mastery of the processes, with awards for the winners in different categories. The competition values one of the most traditional printing processes, now with performance and spectacle status.

Reinforcing FuturePrint’s social role, the 2025 edition expands support for the Estampa (Re) Estampa project, which combines training, design, and sustainability in fashion. The project will showcase pieces created by young talents from São Paulo, using sustainable fabrics and focusing on material reuse. In addition to the fashion exhibition, the public will be able to participate in talks and workshops with designers, educators, and industry representatives, discussing the transformative role of fashion and textile entrepreneurship.

Knowledge, Networking, and Practical Experience

FuturePrint goes beyond showcasing products. The fair heavily invests in professional development with a comprehensive and free content program. Fórum FuturePrint is the space dedicated to discussing the main trends, challenges, and opportunities in digital printing, visual communication, entrepreneurship, and management. The forum will feature panels, lectures, and presentations from influential names in the industry, as well as space for interactive debates.

Fully dedicated to the textile world, the Talks Future Têxtil presents a program for those seeking innovation, knowledge, and new business opportunities. Topics such as fashion customization, direct-to-fabric digital printing, on-demand production, sustainability in the textile chain, and new models transforming the sector will be discussed. This is an essential space for anyone wishing to stay up-to-date and stand out in a constantly evolving market.

Another highlight will be the return of two highly sought-after spaces from previous editions: Serigrafia em Ação and Sublimação em Ação. In the first, experts and companies will offer live demonstrations covering all stages of the screen printing process, including color separation, material selection, unique techniques, and high-impact finishes. In the sublimation space, attendees will have the chance to watch creative applications with high technical and commercial value — in fashion, gifts, decoration, and more — with content exploring the full potential of this technology as a tool for innovation and customization.

Ambassadors Lounge

The Ambassadors Lounge is an exclusive space created to foster meaningful connections and enriching exchanges between industry professionals. The selected ambassadors are leaders in their fields, contributing to inspiring conversations and generating real opportunities for networking, learning, and partnerships.

This year, the Lounge expands its scope, bringing international digital personalities like Nicoláz Gerez from Argentina. Known for his innovative screen printing content, Nicoláz joins FuturePrint’s ambassador team to further amplify the reach and relevance of discussions at the fair.

Commitment to Sustainability

FuturePrint, organized by Informa Markets, reaffirms its commitment to sustainability and, in 2025, expands its environmental responsibility goals through several concrete actions, including: reusing more than 80% of the carpets used in fair setup; exclusively using LED lighting in official stands; encouraging exhibitors to adopt sustainable structures; installing various selective waste collection points throughout the pavilion; and continuous support for the social project “Quebrada Alimentada” by the Mocotó restaurant, which provides meals for vulnerable families in the North Zone of São Paulo.
