INSPIRING SUSTAINABILITY
- Embedding sustainability into our brand to inspire our industry to be more sustainable, while promoting the achievement of the UN’s SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals):

Free workshops and content
FuturePrint&Sign offers free workshops and content to train industry professionals. The FuturePrint&Sign Forum features lectures by experts in visual communication. At Fachada Makers, you can create a storefront from scratch alongside leading industry figures. The Digital Signage Trends Forum, a new attraction for 2026, showcases trends and opportunities in the digital signage market. The “Screen Printing in Action” and “Sublimation in Action” workshops offer learning tracks and hands-on activities. Meanwhile, the Digital Textile Printing Circuit and FutureTêxtil Talks provide in-depth knowledge on digital printing in the textile industry.
Conscious Printing
All paper-based printed materials from FuturePrint&Sign are produced exclusively on FSC-certified paper, which guarantees the sustainable management of the ecosystems from which its raw materials are sourced.
Reuse of Bags
As with other Informa Markets events, FuturePrint&Sign also promotes the reuse of badge holders by collecting them from visitors as they leave the event so they can be processed and reused, thereby substantially reducing plastic waste.
Waste Sorting
In partnership with the Anhembi District, FuturePrint&Sign properly processes and separates organic waste from recyclables, ensuring that each type is sent to the correct disposal site and, in the case of recyclables, reused.
Sala de crédito
In partnership with ABIGRAF-SP, the Credit Hall is a space where visitors had the opportunity to meet with financial institutions offering simplified financing and loan options with terms far more attractive than standard market rates, with the aim of boosting entrepreneurship, innovation, and the development of the sectors that make up our market.
Better Stands [Responsible Consumption and Production]
An initiative aimed at encouraging FuturePrint&Sign exhibitors to increasingly opt for sustainable solutions and designs for their booths, with the goal of significantly reducing post-event waste.

All Informa Markets booths and institutional structures at FuturePrint&Sign use only LED lights, which are more economical, durable, and energy-efficient.
Renewable Electricity
As part of our commitment to sustainability at FuturePrint&Sign, we use 100% renewable electricity at our event. This makes our electricity use carbon-neutral and significantly reduces our event’s carbon footprint.
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
Becoming carbon neutral, cutting our waste in half, and helping our customers reduce their carbon footprint—as a stepping stone toward becoming zero waste and net-zero carbon by 2030 or sooner:

Carpet Reuse
About 80% of the carpets used at FuturePrint&Sign are reused from other Informa Markets events, helping to reduce waste and minimize environmental impact.
Better Stands Project
An initiative aimed at encouraging FuturePrint&Sign exhibitors to increasingly opt for sustainable solutions and designs for their booths, with the goal of significantly reducing post-event waste.

Access will be restricted to service providers with service credentials only.
Inclusive Dining
Our food court offers a wide variety of dishes and meals, including vegetarian and vegan options. We also offer a range of price points to provide a variety of dining options that cater to the diverse needs of visitors and exhibitors.
Hiring Professionals with Disabilities
FuturePrint&Sign promotes the development of a more just and equitable society and hires professionals with disabilities to work at the event in various areas.
Quebrada Alimentada
This project, developed by the Mocotó restaurant, distributes food baskets to 400 low-income families in the northern part of São Paulo. It is supported by FuturePrint&Sign and also relies on your contribution.
